What to expect: Your initial interview will be with one of our friendly team members from the Talent team. This is a casual 30-minute conversation with no strict agenda.
The purpose of this intro call is for us to get to know each other better. We'll give you a brief overview of our core values, company culture, our product and explain the selection process. This is also an excellent chance for us to get to know you better on a personal level.
If you move to the next round after the intro call, we will send you a list of salary ranges for your position. We pride ourselves on being fully transparent regarding compensation. Every team member can see how much everyone at the company is making.
How to prepare: We just want to have a chat to get to know you better and vice versa. We'll ask you to introduce yourself and briefly describe your work experience. 🤝
