We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer Manager to join our growing team and provide comprehensive support to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Designing high-level schematics of the infrastructure, tools, and processes needed.
  • Monitoring the systems in production, analyzing their performance and scalability.
  • Preparing input for infrastructure/tooling/workflow updates across the organization.
  • Performing an in-depth analysis of the possible risks and countermeasures for them.
  • Enhancing CI/CD process using various mechanisms to ensure production reliability and stability.
  • Teaching the Dev teams to follow the guidelines and procedures to minimize the number of errors, incidents and outages.
  • Calculating the potential cost of outages and planning for contingency.
  • Setting up upgrade procedures for underlying infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as SRE or DevOps.
  • Systematic problem-solving mindset, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
  • Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of DevOps concepts and best practices.
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Worked with dev teams on improving and automating internal processes.
