We are looking for a Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team to drive the design work on a core area of our product, by constantly focusing on our user’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering managers to set design requirements and define briefs, based on information from internal teams and user research.
  • Involve in every stage of an iterative design process, from definition, through research and flow diagrams, to wireframes and prototypes with different degrees of fidelity.
  • Conduct research and translate findings into an effective and goal-oriented interaction designs for web based interfaces, which are functional and aesthetic.
  • Analyze how a product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences, and work with engineers to identify both process and product improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining the design system to be used across an array of products.
  • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Gather feedback and amend designs accordingly.
  • Ship high quality and thoughtfully organized deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
  • A well-rounded portfolio, demonstrating a quality in design process and craft, with a strong sense for innovation trough understanding of business objectives and user needs, delivering design experiences at scale.
  • Find the simplicity in complex information to visually convey the value and meaning, understanding the “why” behind every decision.
  • Understanding of the user-centered design and human behavior.
  • Experience with journey mapping, user research and user testing.
  • Passion for design and getting to an excellent attention to detail trough a rapidly iterative process.
  • Knowledge of information architecture, layouts, colour theory and typography.
  • Critical, analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective and persuasive communication around design concepts and strong storytelling.
  • Fluency in english, both written and spoken.
