This position is responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and providing administrative support. It is expected to wear multiple hats and support an office of diverse people. This person is as much people-oriented as system-oriented, as it is integral to cultivating company culture and steering the ship in the right direction. The end goal is that the office looks clean and tidy, employees feel comfortable using it and daily administration is done efficiently and diligently.


  • Organize and monitor the performance of office services (like cleaning, catering and other)
  • Purchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Equipment purchasing and maintenance of inventory list
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are announced internally, invoiced and paid on time
  • Research new deals and suppliers when necessary
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas in coordination with the facility manager
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Organizing business trips for employees and clients (visa, accommodation, transport and other logistics aspects)
  • Supporting organization of internal and external events (e.g. meetups, hackathons, workshops, team buildings, company celebrations, etc)
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Welcoming and providing general support to office visitors
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Day-to-day administration


  • Proven office management experience
  • Strong organization, planning and time-management skills
  • A pedantic and proactive approach to work

  • Performing tasks with quality and accuracy
  • Completing tasks on time and considering priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English

  • Company equipment - Standard equipment includes a MacBook laptop, Dell monitor, and a keyboard and mouse of your choice.


  • Flexible, no less-than vacation policy - We know that unlimited vacation policies usually have the opposite effect, so we encourage people to actually take and use their time off for rest and relaxation. We have established a minimum of 21.5 days that should be used in a given time of 12 months.
