We're looking for an HR generalist to join our people team and help us to establish and support the growth of our SF office.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and connecting with the top talents in the community, using various recruiting platforms, social media, and networks.
• Providing a meaningful and transparent candidate experience during the whole hiring process.
• Proactively staying on top of the recruitment process and managing the entire hiring life-cycle, including initial assessment, interviews, and job offers.
• Coordinating new hires and conducting employee onboarding.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all administrative, legal, payroll and other HR matters.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor law and applicable regulations, and updating policies and procedures when needed.
• Acting as a culture bridge between offices in order to maintain and strengthen our core culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including Boolean searches, LinkedIn and other social media.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR practices in the US.
• Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and quickly take over and implement different initiatives.
• High organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to work well autonomously.
• Understand growing challenges and love working in a high-growth stage start-up.

• Yearly bonus - Non-performance-based bonus amounting to 10% of employee's annual base salary is given at the end of each year.

• Relocation assistance - We provide residence and work permit support, as well as 3 months rental costs covered.
• Paternity leave
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents - The leave is fully covered, in the amount of the last salary person received during the regular engagement. It is, also, effective immediately.
  • 4 weeks of paid parental leave for non-birthing parents - Four weeks of paid time off after a baby has arrived (effective immediately), to help share the joys & responsibilities.

Working environment

• Company equipment - Standard equipment includes a MacBook laptop, Dell monitor, and a keyboard and mouse of your choice.

• Flexible, no less-than vacation policy - We know that unlimited vacation policies usually have the opposite effect, so we encourage people to actually take and use their time off for rest and relaxation. We have established a minimum of 21.5 days that should be used in a given time of 12 months (in accordance with appropriate guidelines on requesting time off and allowing for successful project management). National holidays are covered and not counted towards PTO.
