We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us continue to develop Tenderly visual presence in order to communicate our brand story through the community.

Responsibilities

  • Defining branding guidelines and applying them across various initiatives
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements, conceptualize and iterate on visuals
  • Creating and implementing a wide range of social media content (graphics, photos, animations, videos, etc) according to brand guidelines
  • Preparing different creative solutions for trade shows and attending them occasionally in order to better understand the blockchain market and business needs
  • Constantly improving the design of our company website
  • Creating graphics and icons for our platform development purposes
  • Working closely with our Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to better understand the needs of our users in order to visually enhance the entire platform
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of creative ideas and design concepts for different cross-department initiatives
  • Gather feedback and amend designs accordingly
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Proven graphic design experience (3+ years) with a strong portfolio
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Procreate... whatever is your cup of tea)
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, color theory, typography, print, and the web
  • Growth mindset and strong technical aptitude so you can understand the product and customers and articulate it’s value
  • Ability to work independently and quickly take over and implement different tactics and experiments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A desire to really get to know the Web3 space, in order to align deliverables with key paradigms which are shaping how the community acts and make decisions, such as more expressive freedom, facts instead of fluff, or collaboration over individualism.
