We're looking for a Facility Manager to join our growing team and to provide employees with a place to work - one that’s safe, comfortable, up and running. This role is focused on the big picture: the workplace itself. You will be taking care of 3000+ sqm workspace at both the macro and the individual workstation levels. You'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of workspace systems and services, security and safety, as well as coordinating different stakeholders. In the first 6 months you will be responsible for overseeing the new office project and setup, together with the landlord, architects and general contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining facility (upkeep and improvements)
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies
  • Planning and coordinating all installations (internet network, HVAC, electricity, AV system, telecommunications, etc.)
  • Project management, supervision and coordination of work of contractors
  • Overseeing procurement and service contracts
  • Ensuring that workspace meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
  • Handling activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, recycling, workspace security etc.
  • Inspecting facility structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Reviewing utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Space planning and workplace design
  • Lease management and real estate forecasting
  • Move scenario planning and execution

Requirements

  • Strong background in facilities and equipment maintenance in an office environment
  • Knowledge of networking, electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
  • Experience in project management and/or construction management
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Strong planning and task management skills, oriented towards realization
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
