We are building an industry-leading Ethereum development platform with the goal of redefining how Ethereum products are built. With our extensive offering of developer tooling, monitoring services, and access to essential blockchain building blocks, we provide a professional, production-grade Ethereum developer platform.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for experienced and talented engineers to join us in building out the Tenderly platform and solving a wide range of technical and architectural challenges along the way.

If you have a problem-solving mentality, experience with SaaS/PaaS companies and the desire to build products that help people across the world, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be working on many interesting but difficult problems ranging from low-level work on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) internals all the way to high-level data pipelines processing thousands of transactions per second, indexing terabytes of data, all wrapped up in robust and intuitive interfaces.

Tech Stack

Tenderly is running as a cloud-based monitoring platform, so most of our technology choices were made to play well together in this dynamic cloud environment.

The core technologies we use include:

• Golang for all our backend services.
• React for the UI layer.
• Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services as cloud providers.

Additionally, we use a variety of different supporting technologies depending on the use-case, such as: PostgreSQL, Kafka, Cassandra, and more.

Experience

As the cross-section of the domain we are working in and the nature of our platform is pretty small, we don't require any concrete experience with both the domain and the technology we use.

We believe that it is more important to have strong general understanding of software engineering and its core principles than having experience with the exact same stack and domain as we are working with at Tenderly.

• Transparent compensation - To ensure fair and equal pay for all employees, salaries within the company are completely transparent.
• Yearly bonus - Non-performance-based bonus amounting to 10% of employee's annual base salary is given at the end of each year.

• Relocation assistance - We provide residence and work permit support, as well as 3 months rental costs covered.
• Fully covered maternity leave - The leave is fully covered, in the amount of the last salary person received during the regular engagement.
